We are currently looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to step into the pivotal role of Director of Inclusion. This unique position serves as a dual-purpose leadership pillar within our school, combining the responsibilities of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) with those of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (Deputy DSL). Because we are committed to nurturing talent, no previous experience is required, making this the perfect entry point for an aspiring leader ready to make a profound impact on student welfare and accessibility in education.

Skills and Qualifications:

A strong commitment to supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies.
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to undertake relevant training related to SEND coordination and safeguarding.
Basic understanding or willingness to learn about safeguarding procedures in schools.
