We are currently looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to step into the pivotal role of Director of Inclusion. This unique position serves as a dual-purpose leadership pillar within our school, combining the responsibilities of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) with those of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (Deputy DSL). Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong commitment to supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies.

  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Willingness to undertake relevant training related to SEND coordination and safeguarding.

  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn about safeguarding procedures in schools.
