Director of Finance

Please note this is a hybrid role, based in either the Leeds or Liverpool office for a minimum of 3 days a week.

We’re on the hunt for a commercially sharp, numbers-driven Finance Director to join our senior leadership team and help us scale from £12M to £20M+ revenue over the next few years.

We’re looking for someone who lives in the numbers, thrives in a high-growth environment, and knows how to turn data into commercial decisions. You’ll need to be confident working across financial strategy, reporting, cash flow, pricing models, and risk, but just as comfortable presenting to investors, coaching your team, and helping shape the future of our agency.

You’ll be our go-to expert for:
• building dynamic financial models and forecasting scenarios;
• improving margin, revenue, and profitability;
• working closely with teams to understand WIP and operational costs;
• making sure our financial reporting is not just compliant, but insightful;
• leading and developing a high-performing finance team; navigating our next phase of growth with clarity and confidence.

We’re after someone who has solid experience in a Finance Director or senior finance role, loves getting stuck into data (and is seriously strong on the numbers), gets the bigger picture and has the commercial acumen to match, knows what scaling a business really looks like (and has done it before), can build brilliant cross-functional relationships, and wants to have real impact, not just balance the books.

Bonus points if you’ve worked in eCommerce, a digital agency, or a tech-driven business before.
