The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Executive with a passion for Paid Social to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help plan, deliver, and optimise campaigns for well-known consumer brands – collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning, setup, and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure all assets are optimised for performance and aligned with client goals.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to recommend improvements and maximise ROI.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices to keep campaigns performing at their best.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• (Bonus) Assist with occasional PPC activity if you have prior experience or an interest in learning.

What We’re Looking For
• Around 1-2 years’ experience managing or supporting Paid Social campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
• Confident setting up campaigns and comfortable analysing campaign data.
• An understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, and creative optimisation.
• Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for all things Paid Social.
