Position Title: Registered Nurse / Assistant Nurse – Doctor On Call Services

Position Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call team. This role involves supporting physicians during home or site visits, performing essential clinical tasks, and contributing to high-quality care delivery in a mobile healthcare environment. Ideal candidates are adaptable, patient-centered, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist physicians during on-site consultations at various locations.
• Conduct preliminary patient assessments, including recording vital signs and medical history.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed.
• Support physicians during minor procedures, ensuring adherence to infection control practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, aftercare instructions, and follow-up procedures.
• Ensure readiness of medical kits and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Uphold patient privacy, safety, and professional standards at all times.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• UAE freshers with DHA eligibility are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in mobile healthcare, community-based care, or outreach nursing.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Work Schedule & Transportation:
• Rotational shifts (day and night).
• Transportation is provided from the office to visit locations and back.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
