As a specialist in advanced composite structures, our engineering team is the engine behind every product we bring to market. We are currently expanding our technical department in Chippenham and are looking for creative, hands-on Engineers to manage the full product lifecycle—from initial prototyping and rigorous testing to final launch. You will be working on cutting-edge components destined for the Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, and Energy sectors, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are as innovative as the carbon fibre products themselves.

Requirements

• Applicants should have a tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline and an enthusiasm for problem-solving.

• Previous experience working with composites and carbon fibre is an advantage but not a necessity.

This role offers a diverse technical challenge for those who enjoy variety in their workday. Your responsibilities will span across digital design using CAD and Finite Element Analysis (FEA), through to the physical assembly of prototypes and the design of bespoke manufacturing equipment.
