Abbotsford Preparatory School is seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Support the Nursery Manager in the daily administration and smooth running of the setting.

Environment Management: Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment that aligns with our high standards.

Staff Development: Supervise, mentor, and inspire nursery practitioners, assisting with training, appraisals, and professional growth.

Pedagogical Oversight: Ensure the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children through the expert application of the EYFS framework.
What We Are Looking For

Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (or higher).

Expertise: Deep knowledge of EYFS regulations and a proven track record of maintaining compliance and “Outstanding” practice.

Leadership: A confident leader who can delegate effectively, make sound decisions under pressure, and motivate a diverse team.
