We are looking for a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. The role requires preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, assisting the Chef de Partie, and maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on cooking expertise, the ability to work independently on assigned sections, and the professionalism to serve within a prestigious and high-profile household.Responsibilities:Assist the Head Chef in running a all section of the kitchen.Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality standards.Ensure food is prepared in line with recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.Supervise and guide Commis chefs and kitchen helpers in daily tasks.Contribute to menu planning, mise-en-place, and smooth daily operations.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the section as per HACCP standards.Monitor stock rotation and assist in minimizing food wastage.Support special events, banquets, and high-profile occasions as required.Uphold strict confidentiality and respect for the privacy of the Royal Family. Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.Japanese cuisine experience Is mandatory.3–5 years of culinary experience, including at least 1 year as a Commis I or similar role.Strong knowledge of international cuisines and cooking methods.Good understanding of food hygiene and safety (HACCP certification preferred).Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Asian (Male) Age between 28 -32 yearsCandidate must hold a family or dependent visa.
