Motorised Delivery Drivers deliver cookies to customers safely and efficiently, provide excellent service, maintain equipment, and support bakery operations.

Role Overview

• Deliver cookies within Nottingham using a car, motorbike, moped, or scooter

• Represent Insomnia Cookies as the face of the brand

• Work part-time, term time, including nights and weekends

• Support bakery operations when not delivering

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders fast, warm, and accurately

• Provide quality customer service in person or via phone

• Maintain and clean delivery equipment

• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to track orders

• Work as part of the Cookie Crew when in the bakery

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year prior delivery experience

• Own motorised vehicle with valid MOT, road tax, and insurance

• Valid driving licence

• Own smartphone with data package

• Customer service experience

• Great communication, organisation, and outgoing personality

• Legally eligible to work in the UK

• Must be 18 years or older
