Delivery Driver (Luxury Cars)

Location:Elstree, WD6Salary / Package & Hours of Work:Basic salary £25,000.00 per annum, OTE £27,000.00 per annum (with overtime).Salary review on passing probation.Full time (40 hours per week) plus overtime.Overview:Since 2004, LCH has grown to become one of the most well-respected providers of luxury cars in the UK. Our team strive to deliver a service that fulfils the most specific requirements, so that our customers enjoy the perfect luxury car experience at every step of the journey.The individual will have responsibility for moving vehicles to and from customers in an efficient and professional manner. You will be expected to conduct a professional hand-over on delivery, whilst providing excellent customer service and ensuring you record all information as required.Duties & Responsibilities:Hand-over vehicles at delivery, recording all information as requiredRepresent LCH and LCH clients in a professional manner to customers at all timesInspect vehicles prior to leaving site and with customer on handover / collectionProvide product knowledge to customers at handover and give assistance as required by the customerEnsure most efficient and cost-effective travel methods always used between jobs (this will involve use of public transport)May occasionally be required to cover long distance routes, including overnight staysMaintain regular contact with Transport team when experiencing issuesKey skills and experience in this role will include:Ability to follow work procedures and safety rulesGood geographical knowledgeGood interpersonal skillsSmart appearanceFlexible with the ability to adapt to change at short noticeKnowledge of relevant Road Traffic ActsAbility to use / complete paperwork as requiredAbility to effectively plan own workGood customer service skillsFlexibility to work shifts and weekends (we operate 7 days a week so shift patterns will include weekday and weekend working)Held a full clean driving license of over 2 yearsBasic salary £25,000.00 per annum, OTE £27,000.00 per annum (with overtime).Salary review on passing probation.Full time (40 hours per week) plus overtime.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsCycle to work schemeOn-site parkingReferral programmeSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Delivery driver: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (required)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Work Location: One location
