Resillion is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager to lead client delivery programmes, specifically focusing on IT Health Checks and Penetration Testing. This is a specialized part-time role (3 days per week) designed for a professional with active SC Clearance and a background in cyber security. Based on a £42,000 full-time equivalent (FTE) base salary, the pay will be pro-rated to your 3-day schedule. Role Purpose & Schedule

  • Capacity: Part-time (3 days per week).

  • Location: Remote with occasional travel to Manchester or client sites.

  • Salary: Based on £42k FTE (Pro-rata).

  • Core Focus: Coordinating a high volume of penetration testing and IT Health Check (ITHC) engagements over a 12-month period.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Coordination: Manage the lifecycle of multiple concurrent security assessments, ensuring they align with client project schedules.

  • Logistics & Readiness: Oversee security clearances, system access, accounts, and tooling requirements for testing personnel.

  • Technical Facilitation: Lead scoping calls between clients and technical testers to define objectives, constraints, and timelines.

  • Reporting & Quality: Ensure the delivery of draft and final security reports within strict deadlines and maintain consistent documentation controls.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and senior stakeholders, proactively escalating risks or blockers.

  • Continuous Improvement: Document lessons learned and produce quarterly improvement outputs to refine the delivery model.

Essential Requirements

  • Security Clearance: Must hold current SC Clearance.

  • Cyber Experience: Proven experience managing cyber, IT, or assurance-driven projects.

  • Project Rigour: Strong capability in scheduling, reporting, risk control, and issue escalation.

  • Communication: Ability to maintain situational awareness and communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with penetration testing environments or IT Health Checks.

  • Experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g., Public Sector, Nuclear, or CNI).

  • Understanding of assurance frameworks and cyber security controls.
