The Role:

As a Customer Support, Project Deployment & Warehouse Operative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across various functions. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your technical skills, customer service abilities, and organisational prowess. This role is primarily office-based in our Birmingham location, with occasional travel to customer sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support:

◦ Provide technical support to hotel clients via phone and email.

◦ Troubleshoot technical issues related to hotel TV systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity.

◦ Log and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

◦ Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed.

• Project Deployment:

◦ Assist in the installation and configuration of hotel TV systems at client locations.

◦ Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, adhering to quality standards.

◦ Provide on-site training to hotel staff on the use of new TV systems.

◦ Collaborate with project managers to coordinate deployment schedules and logistics.

• Warehouse Operations:

◦ Manage inventory of hotel TV equipment and related accessories.

◦ Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.

◦ Prepare and pack equipment for project deployments and customer orders.

◦ Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.

◦ Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical aptitude with a basic understanding of TV systems, networking, and AV equipment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to lift and move equipment within the warehouse and on-site.

• Valid UK driving license (essential).

• Previous experience in a similar role (customer support, field service, warehouse operations) is a plus.
