About the Client

Qualifications & Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, including product and solution demonstrations.
• Call, follow up, and record leads from social media platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Technical, Finance) to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Track order status and proactively update customers on any delays or changes.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other customer-related documents by coordinating with Operations and Sales teams.
