Job Description

Role Overview

  • Position: Customer Support Agent – Part-Time

  • Working Hours: 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

  • Location: Remote / Work from Home

  • Contract: Part-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline support via telephone, email, and live chat

  • Handle enquiries empathetically, professionally, and efficiently

  • Book appointments and coordinate care according to clinical requirements

  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and support requests

  • Support patients, carers, and professionals during difficult moments

Requirements

  • Empathetic, calm, and resilient under pressure

  • Self-motivated and accountable

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments

  • Completion of initial 3-week remote training program
