  • Pay Rate: Hourly rate of £12.25.

  • Location: Hybrid model requiring 2 days in the Belfast office (49 E Bridge Street) and 3 days working from home.

  • Contract: Full-time permanent position; 40 hours per week.

  • Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00 (Midnight), Monday through Sunday.

Primary Duties:

  • Responding to general customer inquiries via social media and email channels.
