Overview

Cogent staffing is recruiting on behalf of our logistics client based in Bradford BD4 for a Customer Services person
• Free on site parking
• Monday to Friday
• Weekly Pay
• 9am- 5pm
• £12.21ph

Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone
• Respond to emails
• Deal with online enquires
• Check stock systems , email, or chat
• Maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support

Experience

• Ideally have some previous experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences
• Confident in using microsoft packages
