Job Overview
As a part time Customer Service Associate in Coventry you will join an on site property team, delivering front desk service, handling enquiries, viewings and leases, logging maintenance requests and supporting events. You will balance administration with resident facing work, helping maintain safe, compliant buildings and strong relationships with students, universities and local partners.
Requirements
• Strong customer service background in a busy, people focused role
• Comfortable working as part of an on site property or community team
• Ability to respond positively to queries and complaints and take appropriate action
• Flexible approach to hours, including support for events and on call rota where required
• Confident working independently and taking decisions when needed
• Reliable, organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks calmly
Qualifications
• Good level of general education
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to learn internal databases and booking systems
• Knowledge and understanding of United Kingdom health and safety requirements and legislation
• Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong numerical skills to support rent, utilities and tenancy administration
