________________________________________Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time, Temporary Contract)Location: LiverpoolContract Type: Temporary (until end of January 2026) immediate start Working Hours: Part-time, flexible between 15 – 24 hours per weekWorking Days: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 08:00-18:00Hourly Rate: £12.60ph ________________________________________About the RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Using internal systems, you will:* Contact customers due for service and MOT appointments (including some sales activity)* Promote additional products and services* Manage and update customer databases* Provide administrative support to the service team* Occasionally cover basic service advising duties during staff absence________________________________________What We’re Looking ForThis role is primarily phone-based, so previous experience in a call centre or telephone sales environment is preferred.
