We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Sales Advisor to join our high calibre team at Halfords in Kent.

Pay Rates:
• Age 22+ £10.00 per hour + performance-related bonus
• Age 21 £9.40 per hour + performance-related bonus
• Under 21 £8.00 per hour + performance-related bonus

This position is based at our Tonbridge store. Core hours are 12 per week plus overtime.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service, understanding customer needs and promoting products.
• Demonstrate and explain products, including practical aspects of fitting services.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and retail skills.

Requirements:
• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in retail sales.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Availability to work on a rota basis including weekends.
• Some experience of working towards sales targets is desirable.
