Job Purpose:

Reporting directly to the Customer Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the precise and prompt management of customer inquiries, the entry of sales orders, and the logistical coordination of shipments. You will utilize authorized freight providers to ensure that global delivery commitments are met in full compliance with current trade laws and international legislation.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the entry of customer orders in strict alignment with established processing timeframes.

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.

  • Determine freight costs by utilizing complex carrier pricing matrices.

  • Provide internal guidance regarding delivery logistics, shipping expenditures, and related queries.

  • Facilitate the dispatch process and generate transport documentation via the ERP system and carrier-specific platforms.

  • Produce customized shipping records and essential customs declarations.

  • Collaborate with various internal units and clients during the booking phase to ensure seamless and timely transit.

  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to secure and archive accurate customs paperwork for every consignment.

  • Develop and sustain professional partnerships with haulage firms and freight carriers.

  • Audit carrier billing statements and report any financial inconsistencies.

  • Organize and digitize finalized production job sheets for record-keeping.

  • Manage the printing of internal forms and operating manuals for manufacturing and administrative use.

  • Deliver operational support and cover for other members of the Customer Operations unit when necessary.
