Job Description

Customer Experts manage customer queries, provide exceptional service, and support advisors, ensuring high-quality experiences in Aviva’s Protection Centre of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 2000+ customer calls daily with professionalism

• Support Financial Advisors and clients, providing accurate information

• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain first impressions

• Navigate IT systems efficiently

• Make decisions and solve problems to assist customers effectively

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Positive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset

• Ability to use IT systems confidently

• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Right to work in the UK (role not sponsorable)
