Your duties will be diverse, involving various shift schedules, responsibilities, and team collaborations.

Because the Customer Assistant position involves the sale of alcoholic beverages, all applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be employed in our retail locations.
Shift Patterns:
• Early Shift: Beginning at 5am or 6am alongside your coworkers, you will focus on replenishing our award-winning inventory on the sales floor and ensuring our high-quality bakery items are prepared for shoppers by the time the doors open so they can Go Full Lidl!
• Mid-Day Shift: Starting in the late morning or early afternoon, you will ensure the premises remain impeccably clean and organized while keeping our food items fresh. You will also assist patrons with on-floor inquiries and operate registers to keep checkout lines moving efficiently.
• Evening Shift: Starting your duties in the afternoon, you will prioritize a high-standard guest experience by providing friendly checkout service, refilling depleted stock, and organizing the facility for the following business day.
What you’ll do
• Engaging with shoppers in a courteous, welcoming, and supportive way.
• Adhering to stock loss prevention protocols throughout all store departments.
• Upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness both inside and outside the facility.
• Applying principles of product freshness and inventory rotation.
• Managing all refuse and recycling procedures accurately.
• Supporting the team during inventory audit and stock count activities.
