The Role
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our consumer loans. This is a highly interactive role that combines financial assessment with relationship management.

Consultation: Speak with customers inquiring at your local branch to establish their specific financial requirements.

Assessment: Conduct thorough affordability checks and process loan agreements with an excellent eye for detail.

Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated point of contact, supporting customers through the full lifecycle of their loan.

Service Excellence: Deliver positive outcomes by building rapport face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring every customer feels supported.

Salary & Rewards
