Core Responsibilities

• Relationship Stewardship: Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, understanding their unique business cycles and financial aspirations.

• Credit Analysis & Underwriting: Conduct thorough credit applications, analyzing financial statements and property valuations to ensure robust lending decisions in line with the bank’s low-risk appetite.

• Property Lending Specialist: Lead on complex real estate finance transactions, including investment and development lending for local businesses and property professionals.

• Business Development: Proactively grow your portfolio by networking within the Surrey business community and identifying high-quality corporate prospects.

• Compliance & Integrity: Maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence, ensuring that the bank’s reputation for safety and service remains unblemished.

• Local Autonomy: Work collaboratively within a flat branch structure where your expertise directly influences the branch’s local strategy and success.
