-
Platform Innovation: Contribute to the establishment of new issuance platforms and special purpose vehicles (SPVs) while adding advanced functionality to existing programmes.
-
Tech Transformation: Collaborate with technology service providers on high-profile automation projects to template legal documents—a key strategic growth area for the CIB.
Your Qualifications

Legal Credentials: You are a qualified lawyer with a background in a top-tier law firm or a prestigious in-house legal department.
-
Structured Products Expertise: Deep experience with derivatives documentation and a strong grasp of securitized product formats.
-
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of retail offering rules and financial services regulations (e.g., Prospectus Regulation, PRIIPs).
