Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Member / cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation and food safety practices while contributing to a fast paced kitchen environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality food and service
Duties
• Preparation of sandwiches, hot rolls and hot & cold meals
• Fill vending machines
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
• Must be able to work on their own initiative and as Part of a team
• Help with preparing food ingredients for sister company
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the kitchen.
• Maintain a clear working environment
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work effectively on their own initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Good customer service skill essential
• Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed, including catering duties.
• A genuine passion for food and cooking, with a desire to develop culinary skills further.

Pay: £12.29-£14.50 per hour
