Job Description:

In this role, you will support the delivery and ongoing improvement of the company’s website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. Working within the eCommerce team, you’ll play an active part in maintaining and enhancing the online experience for customers through creative, detail-driven work.
• Previous experience in website or digital content management • Confident using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, or similar • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on content quality and accuracy • Basic understanding of SEO and how it influences web content and layout • Familiarity with website analytics and performance tracking tools • Clear written and verbal communication skills • A proactive, positive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt • An eye for design and user experience with an interest in continual improvement • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with marketing and technical teams

Experience Required:
• Previous experience working with content management systems such as WordPress, Sitecore, or similar • Excellent accuracy and an eye for detail when reviewing or editing content • Able to prioritise tasks effectively and deliver work to tight deadlines • Familiarity with website analytics and performance tracking tools, including Google Analytics 4 • Understanding of basic SEO best practices and how to optimise web content accordingly • Proactive, motivated, and eager to contribute to team success • Willingness to develop new digital skills and adapt in a fast-paced online environment • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal abilities
