My client, a well known huge Holding Group , is actively looking for a Compliance Manager who will be based in their HQ in Sharjah. The successful candidate will directly report to the Group Financial Controller and take ownership and responsibility for identifying compliance issues and leading the implementation of improvements. The Compliance Manager will be in charge of: – Providing Compliance testing and Assurance
– Identifying Compliance issues , weaknesses and key risk indicators
– Liaising with the IT department to overview any system change that could have an influence on the compliance operations
– Recommending business efficiency possibilities for the Group

– Essential: University degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing or professional degree in Accounting/ Auditing: CPA/ CIA or equivalent
– MUST HAVE at least 8 years of experience in a similar role
– A Big 4 background as well in-house compliance/ internal audit is highly desirable
– MUST BE proficient with ORACLE ERP System
– Excellent analytical skills
