Job Description

Support individuals with complex health needs, providing personal care, clinical assistance, and household help, while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support to clients with complex conditions (spinal injuries, respiratory, neurological)

• Perform clinical tasks: tracheostomy care, PEG care, bowel management, manual cough assist, postural support

• Assist with continence, medication, mobility, meals, and household tasks

• Promote independence and wellbeing for clients

• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months hands-on care experience in a UK care setting

• Age 18+ and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights

• Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required

• Passion for supporting individuals and making a positive difference

• Ability to work unsupervised and manage complex care needs

Benefits

• Pay: £15.00–£15.50 per hour (Rolled Up £17.37–£17.89 including pension and holiday pay)
