The Commis 2 Robata assists in the preparation of dishes in the Robata section, ensuring all items are ready for senior chefs while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency: br> Assist Robata Chefs in preparing and portioning food items according to recipes and standards. Coordinate with Chefs to ensure correct quantities for bulk food preparation. Clean, peel, and cut all food items following company standards. Ensure freshness and quality of all food items. Follow recipes and cooking procedures precisely. Store food accurately using labels and day-dots. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the working area and equipment. Handle all kitchen tools and equipment properly and keep them clean. Report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Senior Chef. Follow all hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by the Robata Chef or Executive Sous Chef. Understands oral and written instructions in English Handles multiple priorities and works under stress Maintains all international standards of health guidelines for food preparation and safety Passes all required job-related tests Ability to perform manual labor
