Job Description

Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor – Maidstone

• Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing correct parts

• Process orders efficiently via phone, email, and in-person

• Maintain stock levels and accurate inventory records

• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams

• Provide expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a parts advisor, preferably with commercial vehicles

• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and systems

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
