The 2026 Global ReEntry Program is a premier 15-week fellowship specifically designed for experienced individuals returning to the workforce after a career break of two years or more. Based in our London office within the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Operations division, this program provides the structured support, mentorship, and resources necessary to transition back into a high-impact role. Starting April 20, 2026, you will dive into meaningful projects with the potential for a permanent leadership offer upon successful completion of the fellowship.

Program Highlights

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: Accomplished professionals who have taken a voluntary career break of at least 2 years and are now ready to return to full-time work.

• Skillset: Innovative thinkers with strong analytical, technical, and organizational planning abilities.

• Communication: Articulate individuals who can express complex financial strategies and relate well to both external clients and internal partners.

• Eligibility: You must possess the unrestricted right to work in the UK to be considered for the London-based program.
