In this role, you will be a vital link in our global supply chain, supporting a diverse portfolio of key clients across Europe and Asia. Responsibilities

  • Support with the management and execution of Customer Account Management and Fulfillment activities.

  • Engage and collaborate with internal teams to support the proactive management of each client account in accordance with changing needs.

  • Track compliance for all parties against their contractual obligations to make sure payment, scheduling and other deadlines are met.

  • Support internal reporting requirements and work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure all contract and formal documents are properly approved, recorded and communicated

  • Manage and maintain central information systems to ensure data is easily accessible intra-team to improve efficiency.

  • Regularly and accurately track and report on key metrics and KPIs.

  • Conduct financial, cost/benefit, and scenario analysis to find optimal solutions to fulfillment challenges.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar and/or related role.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in customer relations and/or B2B sales.

  • Customer-focused ethos with an understanding of how to manage internal and external expectations.

  • Background in supply chain logistics and/or shipping beneficial.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation); commercially astute, culturally aware, and articulate.

  • Responsible, accountable, and capable of balancing a varied and demanding workload

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sound judgement, attention to detail and experience creating comprehensive PowerPoint presentations and written materials.

  • Proven ability to problem solve, communicate effectively and work across the Commercial Team and wider organization.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

About the Role

The Commercial Analyst acts as a strategic engine within our Commercial Team, focusing on driving efficiencies and continuous process improvement. You won’t just be crunching numbers; you’ll be conducting cost/benefit and scenario analyses to solve complex fulfillment challenges in real-time. This position requires a “commercially astute” mindset to navigate international contracts and ensure all parties meet their financial and scheduling obligations. You will manage central data systems to keep our global team agile, ensuring that every insight you draw from our KPIs informs high-level decision-making for our international client base.
