Overview:

Join KPMG Jamaica’s Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) in Kingston, providing back-office support to KPMG United States.

Job Summary:

As a Collections Specialist, you will perform outreach to customers with unpaid invoices, document interactions, resolve disputes, and provide feedback to management. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely payment collection and maintaining professionalism in the collections process.

Responsibilities:
• Perform outreach to customers via phone, email, and letters.
• Document interactions and update account information accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and collection procedures.
• Resolve disputes and escalate complex issues.
• Provide feedback to management on common issues.
• Prioritize and follow up on accounts for timely resolution.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, accounts receivables, and/or collections.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
