Collections Agent (Part Time)
Location: Manchester – City Tower
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (pro rata)
Bonus: Discretionary Company Bonus Scheme

Working Hours
• Monday – Friday: 3/4pm – 7pm
• Saturday: 9am – 1pm
• Minimum availability of 3 shifts per week required

The Role
As a Collections Agent within Oodle Car Finance, you will join the Payment Support Team, dedicated to delivering a positive customer experience. You will assist customers with outstanding payments, helping them explore suitable solutions and manage missed payments with empathy and professionalism.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships to achieve fair and supportive outcomes for customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing inbound and outbound calls from customers facing financial difficulties
• Holding constructive conversations to agree on appropriate repayment solutions
• Setting up payment arrangements and collaborating with specialist teams when needed
• Demonstrating empathy when supporting customers in vulnerable situations
• Accurately logging conversations and actions within internal systems
• Reviewing existing processes to identify opportunities for automation or improvement
• Highlighting potential risks or concerns to your line manager
