  • Leadership: Ability to model high professional standards, work autonomously, and maintain a calm, confident attitude under pressure.

  • IT Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for maintaining accurate training records and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Presence: Act as a visible educator in urgent care environments, providing direct support to learners to achieve their clinical objectives.

  • Integration of Theory & Practice: Assist departmental managers and supervisors in translating academic theory into practical, “bedside” clinical skills.

  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver teaching sessions for a variety of clinical programmes and trust-wide training initiatives.

  • Governance & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of training, assessments, and learner support, providing performance reports to the Education Faculty.

  • Lifelong Learning: Assist staff with access to educator training and provide pathways for professional development across the multidisciplinary team.
