Children’s Clinical Support Worker – Bramley area

Allied Healthcare is looking for dedicated, compassionate Clinical Support Workers to join our Clinical Services Team, providing care to children in and around Bramley. You’ll support children with complex health needs in their own homes, helping them and their families live as independently and comfortably as possible.

No previous care experience is required. We provide a full, paid training and induction programme so you gain the skills and confidence needed. We’re looking for people with excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Homecare is about improving lives. In this role, you’ll support children to continue living the life they prefer, following detailed care plans written by our Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Tasks may include (depending on client):

  • Catheter care
  • Epilepsy management
  • Gastrostomy feeding and medication administration
  • Medication management
  • Nebuliser/oxygen management
  • Naso‑gastric care and feeding
  • Invasive and non‑invasive ventilation
  • Oxygen/saturation monitoring
  • Spinal injury care
  • Tracheostomy care
