Client Services Associate – Bridging Finance

As a Client Services Associate, you are the engine room of the bridging process. You will manage the journey from initial enquiry through to loan completion, acting as the critical link between brokers, Relationship Managers, and the Credit team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a foundational understanding of bridging finance who thrives in a high-velocity, tech-forward environment.

Your Impact & Key Accountabilities

  • Deal Structuring: Assess new enquiries against the Bank’s credit appetite, generate indicative terms, and evaluate the feasibility of loan applications.

  • Pipeline Management: Proactively drive the application process to completion, liaising with panel solicitors, valuers, project monitors, and asset managers.

  • Credit Support: Prepare comprehensive files for submission to the Credit team, ensuring all documentation is accurate, clear, and fully justified.

  • Risk & Compliance: Undertake rigorous Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and monitor agreed controls (KYC/AML) to protect the Bank’s “Fortress Balance Sheet.”

  • Relationship Management: Deliver gold-standard service to brokers and Relationship Managers, nurturing leads and maintaining the high-trust reputation of the Tuscan/Allica brand.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain CRM systems and support the development of Management Information (MI) and KPI reporting to track the processing pipeline.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bridging Expertise: Previous exposure to the bridging finance sector and an understanding of its dynamics, trends, and competitor landscape.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to justify commercial decisions and interpret complex credit data.

  • Operational Excellence: Exceptional time management and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Communication: First-class verbal and written skills for liaising with diverse third parties, from property developers to solicitors.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of Conduct Risk, TCF, AML, and KYC protocols.
