Your Role & Responsibilities

Academic Excellence: Deliver engaging and challenging lessons tailored to the KS1 curriculum, ensuring every pupil makes maximum progress.

Pastoral Leadership: Provide a nurturing environment that supports the emotional and social wellbeing of young children.

Values-Based Education: Actively promote and model our core values: Kindness, Resilience, Courage, Curiosity, and Teamwork.

Collaborative Teaching: Work closely with the Lower School team to share best practices and contribute to the school’s forward-thinking curriculum.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications: A well-qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong understanding of Key Stage 1 developmental milestones.

Enthusiasm: A passion for early years education and a creative approach to lesson delivery.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
