About the Role:
Al Marwan Group is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering Fresh Graduates to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering who are eager to begin their professional journey and build a career in infrastructure and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior engineers in project planning, design, and execution.
• Support site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Learn and apply industry best practices, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Strong academic background and solid understanding of core civil engineering principles.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
