Position: Indian Fast Food Chef (Temporary – 5 Months)
Location: Sheikh Zayed Festival, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Duration: 5 Months (Festival Period)
About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced and energetic Indian Fast Food Chef to join our team for the Sheikh Zayed Festival. The role is temporary for a 5-month period, ideal for someone passionate about Indian street food and capable of working in a fast-paced festival environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook popular Indian fast food items (e.g., chaat, samosa, pav bhaji, dosa, rolls, biryani, etc.).
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation.
• Manage daily food preparation and assist with stock control.
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak festival hours.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in Indian fast food or restaurant kitchens.
• Ability to handle high customer volumes.
• Knowledge of Indian street food and quick-service cooking.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Must be available for the full festival period (5 months).
