Due to our ever-growing popularity, the Square & Compass, North Rigton has a vacancy for a:
Full-Time Chef
The ideal candidate must have:
A proven track record of delivering freshly prepared quality pub food using locally sourced ingredients.
A car to travel to work, due to our rural location.
The aptitude and organisational skills to deliver results with the rest of the brigade.
Understands what it takes to deliver good fresh food in high volume
Ability to work as part of a team and show the potential to progress to the next level.
Experience in delivering food operating standards to the required regulatory levels.
The job is full time 4/5 days over 7. Chefs start 10 am and kitchen closes at 9pm so no super late finishes.
Everyone gets their holiday (all 28 days of them per year). No work is unpaid, work the extra hours, we pay you for them. Who works for nowt these days anyway? I don’t
