Job Summary: Channel Sales & Development Manager

The Must Haves

Demonstrable experience of owning and driving new sales strategies.

Solid experience of generating and translating new business concepts into business strategies – specifically breaking into new vertical markets.

Exceptional experience using MS Excel skills to critically assess investment opportunities and present compelling, data driven business cases.

Proven ability of utilising strong analytical skills to understand and interpret market and customer, financial, and operational insights.

Strong leadership experience across new logo and account management teams.
The Other Stuff We Are Looking For

Experience of managing a budget and spend optimally.

Strongly preferred that individual is from IT reseller background.

Excellent opportunity qualification skills; having previously worked with recognised sales methodologies (e.g. TAS, MEDDICC).

Strong technical understanding of telecoms networks, with the ability to translate highly complex issues into an easy-to-digest and understandable form.

Experience of working in the telecoms wholesale channel market.
Role Overview
As the Channel Sales & Development Manager, you will hold accountability for accelerating revenue growth and acquisition across the wholesale landscape. Your day-to-day will involve translating complex technical and business concepts into actionable strategies, using rigorous data analysis to build investment cases for new vertical markets. Beyond strategic planning, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of new logo and account managers, deepening partner relationships and simplifying complex network solutions to ensure commercial success in a rapidly evolving, technology-led environment.
