We are seeking a detail-oriented Change and Improvement Analyst to join our Resident Experience Team as part of an exciting transformation programme that puts our residents at the heart of everything we do. The ideal candidate will analyse service operations data, suggest improvements and help users adopt new systems, ensuring smooth processes during transitions. This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support delivery, who support our residents with varied and often complex needs, enabling the team and manager to work seamlessly.

Responsibilities
• Analyse service operations data to identify improvements.
• Recommend and help implement process improvements and support users during system transitions.
• Support customer contact operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate within the Resident Experience and Digital services to deliver improvements.
About You / Qualifications
• Experience of working in a data analysis, service operations, or process improvement role.
• Knowledge of business systems and processes to drive efficiencies.
• Understand the importance of performance management and use of utilisation tools/methods.
• Good understanding and knowledge of digital technologies and customer relationship tools (forms, CRM).
• Ability to communicate with people in a friendly and courteous manner, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
