Catering Assistant – Flexible Agency Work in Hull

Position – Catering Assistant (Temporary Agency Work)

Location – Hull and surrounding areas

Pay – Starting from £12.21ph

Benefits – Pension scheme, holiday pay

Duties include:
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Washing and storing utensils, dishes and equipment
• Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients as directed
• Assisting chefs with food prep including chopping, peeling and cooking
• Preparing sides and salads under supervision
• Correctly disposing of kitchen waste
• Receiving and organising food deliveries
• Other kitchen duties as required

Suitable candidate will need to have:
• Previous experience in a similar kitchen or catering role
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Food safety training (we can help you get certified if needed)
• Enhanced DBS check preferred but not essential
• A full driving licence is helpful but not required
