About the Role

Manchester City Council is seeking a friendly, reliable Catering Assistant to join their team. The role involves delivering excellent customer service and supporting the catering operations within a school environment. You will prepare and serve food, assist with cashier duties, and maintain clean, safe, and compliant kitchen and dining areas.

Working closely with the Catering Manager and colleagues, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and create a welcoming dining experience for students and staff. Working hours are between 10:30 am and 3:10 pm on a rota basis.
