Job Description
Casual Sales Assistant – Leeds
As a Retail Assistant with Fanatics, you’ll be on the front line of our match‑day and event retail operations. You’ll drive sales, deliver an unforgettable experience for fans and help keep our stores and stockrooms running to a high standard, working as part of a motivated, winning team.
You’ll welcome fans, understand what they’re looking for and make tailored product suggestions. You’ll help create a seamless, exciting shopping journey that connects supporters to their team or league. Behind the scenes, you’ll keep displays sharp, stock organised and help maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
Using the Fanatics point‑of‑sale system, you’ll process purchases accurately and efficiently. You’ll uphold high levels of professionalism and customer service so that the Fanatics brand – and the clubs and leagues we represent – are always shown in the best possible light.
This is a casual, part‑time role that typically includes days, evenings and weekends, especially on game days and for special events. You should be comfortable working independently when needed and thriving in a busy, fast‑paced environment with a diverse fan base. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential, and foreign language skills are a bonus.

Expert Analysis
This role suits energetic sports fans and retail workers who enjoy big‑event atmospheres and flexible, casual hours. It’s great for building frontline customer and sales experience, especially in a high‑volume, international brand. Because pay and hours can vary, it’s best treated as supplementary income rather than your sole job.
Location & Logistics Guide
You’re likely to work at stadium or arena retail points, such as Elland Road or other major Leeds venues, all reachable via bus and train, with on‑site or nearby parking. Plan for crowds and late finishes on match days. Example stadium location:
