Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily care, learning, and development of children aged 0–3

• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging nursery environment

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities promoting physical, emotional, and cognitive growth

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the needs of all children

• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding their child’s progress and wellbeing

• Uphold nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements

Person Specification

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification desirable but not essential

• Knowledge of child development principles preferred

Experience

• Previous experience working with infants and toddlers advantageous

• Ability to work flexibly in a casual setting
