Job Description

Cash Office Retail Assistants manage cash operations, balance tills, perform safety checks, and contribute to store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise cash floats

• Cash up and balance tills daily

• Perform spot checks to ensure sufficient change

• Complete cash lifts with security and management

• Monitor petty cash and account for all cash transactions

• Run performance reports for the store

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills

• Honest, reliable, and excellent communicator

• Ability to spot and report potential issues

• Team player with motivation and positive attitude

• Comfortable working with cash and performing audits

Hours & Location

• Contracted Hours: 16 per week

• Shift Pattern:

  • Sunday 09:00 – 13:00

  • Monday 08:00 – 12:00

  • Friday 08:00 – 12:00

  • Saturday 12:00 – 16:00

• Location: On-site, Primark Meadowhall, Sheffield
