Key Responsibilities

• Specialist Cleaning: Execute high-calibre cleaning for carpets, upholstery, and delicate rugs using premium methods.

• Equipment Mastery: Ensure the correct industrial equipment and cleaning agents are used for specific fabric types to prevent damage and ensure a “like-new” finish.

• Client Engagement: Provide top-tier customer service, confidently explaining processes and managing expectations for high-level residential clients.

• Operations: Manage your daily schedule via mobile applications, traveling to pre-arranged meeting points or client addresses across Kent and the South.

• Maintenance: Keep your company van and specialized machinery in pristine, working order to reflect the company’s premium branding.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Expertise: Fully qualified with a deep understanding of carpet and upholstery construction and cleaning science.

• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills to maintain professional standards.

• Availability: Prepared to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend, to meet the 6-day service demand.

• Presentation: A high standard of personal appearance and a professional, “can-do” attitude.

• Requirements: Physically fit for the manual aspects of the role and a clean driving license.

About the Role

The role is digitally integrated; you’ll need to be IT literate to use the company’s mobile apps for job tracking and reporting.
