Professional Career Consultant

Lord Grey Academy is seeking a dedicated Careers Advisor to join our team immediately. This is a permanent, full-time position operating during term time, with additional commitment during the examination results period in August.

The Position

The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality 1:1 and small-group vocational guidance to our students. Due to the specialized nature of the advice required, holding a Qualification in Career Development (QCD) or a completed Level 6 Career Development Professional qualification is a mandatory requirement. We encourage applications from individuals currently finalizing these credentials by September 2025, or those with a Level 4 qualification who have secured a place on a Level 6 course.

Salary Structure

  • Band H: For Level 6 qualified professionals, starting at £26,060 (Actual).
